（With English Version）食大家話難食嘅嘢（一）Ganso Tsukemen元祖沾麵

服務態度方面我覺得算OK，上熱嘢嗰陣會友善提我小心啲，唔覺有好無禮貌嘅情況出現。好多人話佢唔講明杯茶要錢，的確係冇講不過張紙寫住茶要錢，所以我覺得都還好。衛生情況算係幾一般吓，未到極度惡劣但改善空間偏大。

The service attitude was pretty decent. They’d kindly remind me to be careful when serving hot stuff, and I didn’t notice anything super rude. A lot of people say they don’t mention the tea costs extra, and yeah, they didn’t say it out loud, but it’s written on the menu, so I think it’s fine. Hygiene-wise, it’s kinda average—not totally gross, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

叉燒同蛋普通味道，荀食落冇乜味，麵就正正常常。我嗌呢個係元祖龍蝦沾麵，湯夠熱嘅但我食嗰陣真係唔太覺有龍蝦味，成個感覺似冇點開稀嘅平價罐頭湯撈生粉水咁，好一言難盡。之後湯入面啲肉食落勁似唔好食嘅皮蛋瘦肉粥入面嗰啲瘦肉，佢仲要俾層湯包住。

The BBQ pork and soft boiled egg were just okay, nothing special. The bamboo shoots were pretty tasteless, and the noodles were just standard. I ordered the Lobster Tsukemen with BBQ pork, and while the soup was hot enough, I honestly couldn’t taste much lobster flavor. It felt like some cheap canned soup mixed with starch water, kinda hard to describe. The meat in the soup tasted a lot like the bland, off-putting lean meat you’d find in bad century egg congee, and it was even wrapped in a layer of soup gunk.

食完好迷茫，好在有杯茶沖一沖走啲味。

Felt pretty lost after eating, but luckily the tea helped wash away the taste.
